The annual Northampton County 4H Tack Swap will be held Saturday, April 9th, 2011 from 11:00AM until 2:00PM. It will be held at the Northampton County 4H Center in Bushkill Twp. in Pennsylvania.
This is a great place to find bargains on horse “stuff”.
For those of you that do not know what a “tack sale” is, in simple terms, it is a horsey yard sale. Many different horse items will be sold here at good prices. If your child needs new riding boots, this is the place to look for it.
How about a new halter or bridle for your horse? Or maybe a saddle? You most likely will be able to find one here for a good price.
There will also be other horse related services there, too. The Lehigh Valley Animal Response Team (LVCART) will be there, 4Her’s doing fund raising, Cindy Stys Equestrian & Country Properties will have a table (which I will be manning), and several others.
Food will be available and lots of FREE parking.
I will be wearing several hats that day (Forward Motion 4H Club, and Cindy Stys Equestrian & Country Properties, Ltd.).
